Ingredients -
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup softened butter
2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
4 teaspoons fresh or dried Italian parsley
Preparation:
To make the lemon parsley butter, beat the butter and add the lemon juice gradually. Add the lemon zest and parsley and mix well. Chill for half an hour before serving.
