Easy marinades are usually preferable to difficult ones, especially when the results are just as good. In the following marinade recipe, we are combining the flavors of herbs, chili, paprika, and oil for a tasty vegetable marinade. Lots of marinades use oil and herbs because the fragrant flavors go well with most vegetables and the paprika and chili adds some kick.!
Like with many other marinade recipes, the ingredients are simply whisked together to make a delicious marinade and you can use it to marinade some diced vegetables for a few hours before grilling them until they are soft and tender. You can adjust the amount of chili in the following recipe if you want to.
Ingredients -
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
½ tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili paste
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl using a whisk and use it to marinate 2 lb of your favorite vegetables for a few hours.
Drain the vegetables and grill them over a medium high heat until the vegetables are tender.
