Photo Description:
You can see from the photo that this is quite a thick pizza but you can roll it out to whatever thickness or thinness you like, depending on personal preference and the size of your grill. The thinner the pizza crust is, the less time it will take to cook. If you want to make it quite thick, use a moderately hot grill rather than a very hot one, else the outside will be browned before the inside is cooked, and keep the dough over an indirect heat rather than a direct one. This simple tomato and goat cheese pizza is nice served with a fresh salad and your favorite salad dressing.
